What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using all common credit cards (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, American Express). We additionally support payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes one business day to process it for delivery. Due to a very high demand the shipping time can take up to 10 business days after processing your order. And we promise it will be worth the wait!

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to track the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Within 12 hours it is possible to change your order. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out for support through our contact form or write an e-mail to hello@skaldoandmalin.com.

We can then make changes for the following details: 
- Shipping information 
- Your first and last name 
- Your e-mail address 
- Your phone number 

Cancellation: 
- You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. 
- We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

What happens if the product arrives damaged? 
If the product arrives damaged, we ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Within this period, we will bear the cost of the new product. We just ask you to send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product so we can offer you the right solution until you are 100% happy!
