How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes one business day to process it for delivery.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes one business day to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time per country is presented below. You can check this before confirming your order:

- USA: 7 - 20 days
- Canada: 7 - 22 days
- Australia: 7 - 20 days
- UK: 7 - 20 days
- Germany: 7 – 20 days
- Western Europe: 10 - 30 days
- Rest of the world: 15 - 40 days

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Within 12 hours it is possible to change your order. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out for support through our contact form or write an e-mail to hello@skaldoandmalin.com.

We can then make changes for the following details: 
- Shipping information 
- Your first and last name 
- Your e-mail address 
- Your phone number 

Cancellation: 
- You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. 
- We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

What happens if the product arrives damaged? 
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering. Within this period, we will bear the cost of the new product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Otherwise we will not be able to consider the complaint.

You can purchase on our website using all common credit cards (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, American Express). We additionally offer support for PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
